Hi, I'm using gcrma, and everything it's ok. (good results etc etc..) The only problem it's that I don't know very well what I'm doing. Do you have a bibliographic reference about mathematic and statistic procedures of gcrma ? On R/bioc I found the citation Wu et al. (2003), but I'm not able to find the complete citation (journal, or title etc.), after a web or a pubmed search. I'll appreciate a lot every suggestion... Thanks, Franco
