Hi,
DE_Probes2affy =
mget(DE_CC_nodes,moe430aGO2ALLPROBES);
how can I count probe IDs associated with this one
GOID in a list. I mean , how can I count sub elements
of lists.
e.g.
GOID Probe IDs associated
GO:XXXXXX 34
something like this,
