marray bug?

Hello, we just went trough a very frustrating process of identifying a bug in marray. The same script kept failing on a different machine and it took us a while to track down why. It turns out that the marray version on the second system is newer, and contains the mraw <- mraw [ gal$neworder, ] The problem is this gal variable is instantiated only if either the layout or the gnames are NULL. The script will fail in all cases when both of these input parameters are specified.
