Hi,

I have problems when reading CEL files using ReadAffy()

 

Here is my code

> ReadAffy()
Error: 'read_abatch' is not an exported object from 'namespace:affyio'

I have a CEL file in the working directory
Read in CEL files • 952 views

You will need to give us more information than that. For example, what is the output from sessionInfo(), after you load the affy package?
