I have recently downloaded R and bioconductor. There were several Classification Packages listed in the handout that accompanied the presentation Dr Dudoit gave on August 6 in Bethesda that I don't see in the R library. In particular, I was looking for SVMs, which appear to be located in e1071. Is that package still under developments, or am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks, Pam Wolfe [[alternate HTML version deleted]]

Hi Pam, The e1071 and other classification packages can be downloaded from CRAN http://cran.r-project.org/.
