Hello everyone, I am looking to help someone out with analysis of Amersham codelink files- was unable to find a package on Bioconductor that handles them directly- ( I am familiar with running rma/gcrma in affy and affylmGUI)- and was wondering if anyone had adapted the algorithms in the rma package to deal with codelink files.
