Dear edgeR support team,

I am not clear about the logCPM values in the Differentially Expressed genes output (logCPM column along with the columns of logFC and p-values and FDR) What do they represent?

Thanks a lot,

Candida Vaz

At the R prompt, type ?topTags. Then under the "Value" heading, read the paragraph for "table". This briefly explains each of the columns in the table from topTags().

You might also find it helpful to read the help page for glmLRT, ?glmLRT.
