Let's say I run an analysis in the selex package and then I want to change something and try again.  It looks like the program just adds onto any previously existing information instead of overwriting it.

For example, if I run selex.loadAnnotation and then do this again with a different annotation, I now have two in memory.  Or if I run selex.mm a few times, then selex.mmSummary() has all of them stored.

How do I clear what was done before to start afresh, short of restarting my R session?

Thanks.
