Whenever I try to plot a graph (after loading Rgraphviz) it segfaults my R session. It does it even when I use the example in the vignette. While it shouldn't make a difference, is there any reason that you're not using a more modern version of graphviz? I'm assuming that you're using Rgraphviz 1.5.0? Did this work for you w/ the 1.4.0 release version?
