Hi Sokol
I think the binaries for Mac are already available
you have to go to the R menu, Packages&Data>Package Installer. In
that window, choose Bioconductor (binaries), click Get List. Then
choose the packages you want from that list and click Install/Update.
I think that should do it.

Hi
I have a question. i have a mac and using osX
I installed the R and then requested getbioc(), and a large list is
being generated, howver, there are lots of red-error marks throught
the process. here is an example
/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/bin/SHLIB: line 1: make:
command not found
ERROR: compilation failed for package 'affy'
or
Warning message:
Undefined slot classes in definition of "widgetView": winid(class
"tkwin") in: .completeClassSlots(ClassDef, where)
should i ignore them or do you have any suggestion what to do.
oh, i have a mac just in case it is mac-specific
thanks
