Dear all, Just updated the version of simpleaffy on the _development_ branch. In this, I've put the qc plotting function back in and also fixed a bug that meant that it wasn't recognising the cdfname for moe430a chips properly. This stuff is in version 2.02, which should appear on the site in the next 24 hours or so, once it has propagated through all the build processes...
