Hello, I tried to follow the marray.pdf to learn how to normalizing cDNA array data. I got the following problem with hexbin. > maQualityPlots(mraw) Loading required package: hexbin Error in library(package, character.only = TRUE, logical = TRUE, warn.conflicts = warn.conflicts, : 'hexbin' is not a valid package -- installed < 2.0.0? > I found the link of hexbin 1.1-4 in the previous post message and still got same problem. Would someone tell me how to get the valid hexbin package for R 2.0.0? Thanks a lot! Yanqin __________________________________________________ [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Dear Yanqin, For compatibility with marray and arrayQuality, you will need to install hexbin 1.0.10. This is the "old" version of hexbin (you will get a message about it when loading the package). You should be able to find the R 2.0.0 version from Bioconductor Release 1.5. If you couldn't find it from Bioconductor website, it is also available with the latest version of marray and arrayQuality from our website (http://arrays.ucsf.edu/software/) Best, Agnes -----Original Message----- From: Yanqin Yang [mailto:yanqin_yang@yahoo.com] Sent: Tuesday, November 30, 2004 9:46 AM To: bioconductor@stat.math.ethz.ch Subject: [BioC] problem with hexbin Hello, I tried to follow the marray.pdf to learn how to normalizing cDNA array data.
