Hi, I was trying to generate an exprSet starting from the Affymetrix spikeIn data (hgu133atag) using gcrma, but the probe packages (unix, win32) are not present in the bioconductor metadata dir. I tryied to use a previous version of the probes package (hgu133atagcdf_1.4.3.zip, hgu133atagprobe_0.0.1.tar.gz) but in both cases loading the library I get the following error: Error in library(pkg, character.only = TRUE) : 'hgu133atagprobe' is not a valid package -- installed < 2.0.0? How can I build a new probe package working under R 2.0 and Bioconductor 1.5 ? I have R 2.0 and Bioconductor 1.5 installed both on fedora 2 and winXP.
