Hello, When I try to read Affymetrix data using widget exactly per "How to load Affymetrix data," I get the following error. I can load the data just fine using "ReadAffy()". I am using Windows XP, R version 1.6.1, and downloaded and installed Biobase and Affy packages. Any suggestions? Thank you! Assuming you have Tcl/Tk installed on your system (if you do not, you need to do this step), you need to set the TCL_LIBRARY environment variable to point to your Tcl/Tk installation in Windows. -J

Apologies for the self followup, but ... > Assuming you have Tcl/Tk installed on your system (if you do not, you need > to do this step), you need to set the TCL_LIBRARY environment variable to If you don't actually have Tcl/Tk installed, please see the site 'aspn.activestate.com'. Currently R1.6.x uses version 8.3.x of Tcl/Tk only. -J
