Entering edit mode
The navigation to previous versions of BioConductor is currently broken. For example on the page:
https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.0/BiocViews.html#___Software
no packages load. I was only able to download the particular package I wanted via some URL reverse engineering. This is made more complex since directory listing is disabled. This has the side effect of hiding all these packages from Google, as well.
I was eventually able to get to this URL:
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.0/bioc/src/contrib/DNAcopy_1.40.0.tar.gz
but searching the web for just "DNAcopy_1.40.0.tar.gz" will not let me find this package.
You have encountered a bug which we will fix but luckily there is a workaround. Change your url to
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.0/BiocViews.html#___Software
In other words, change it from https to http.
