Hi i have a list of 10 matrices of size 2X2 , i want a matrix of 2X2 size having s.d of values corresponding to each location.

This question has nothing to do with any bioconductor packages. If you need help with rudimentary R manipulations, I would recommend reading An Introduction to R. You could also ask on R-help, but they tend to not respond well to questions that could have been answered using a simple google search.
