Hello, This question is more R-related: in graphs such as barplot(): how can you arrange that the labels in the x-axis are written vertically (so that all labels can be visualised in the graph)? Or how can you change the size of the letters of the gene/sample names in a graph? Thank you in advance! Katleen -- *dr. ir. Hi Katleen, Before you use a plot command do: par(las=2) to get the labels perpendicular to the axis. You should also be able to change the font in the graph with the par function.
