I'm working on search .. entitled early diagnosis of Breast Cancer using the Microarray technology .. How could I get the raw data  from GEO to be simulated and analyzed ..Using Affymetrix platform ..

# Could I get Data that related to patient with and without Breast Cancer ??  

# Note: My research as a simulation and not on Lab .

It's not clear exactly what you are after, but you should start by looking at the GEOquery package, particularly its vignette. Note that this package has ways to interrogate the underlying database, so if you are looking for a particular type of experiment, rather than one you already know about, then that might be useful.
