Error in creating scheme (xps package)

Hi,

I need a degradation plot for my HuGene-2_0-st design. So, for that Im using xps package. In thet initially we need to import scheme. But geeting an error. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Error in import.exon.scheme("Scheme_HuGene20stv1_na35", filedir = scmdir,  : 
  missing probeset annotation file

Dear Venkatesh,

I assume that you could solve this problem, since in your second question:
error in import.exon.scheme, XPS package
you report a different error message:
  error in function ‘ImportExonSchemes’
