Hi Group, In order to get expression values from raw data intensities Iam giving the command, affy.es <- expresso(abatch,bgcorrect.method = "rma2",normalize.method="qspline",pmcorrect.method="pmonly",summary.me th od="liwong") but Iam getting the error: background correcting...Error: cannot allocate vector of size 625759 Kb. Increase your RAM. The error does not tell you how much extra RAM you need, just that it ran out of it. Kasper
