I am analyzing some ATH11 Affymetrix arrays, but I was not able to find the annotation files for this organisms and I cannot complete the analysis. Could you give me any help? thanks mirella

There is no annotation file available for Arabidopsis Ath1 array from Bioconductor, you would find the annotation from other web resource and do the analysis manually.
