IMAGE Question - GeneChip Marker

Hi: I recently tried generating the cel image form a cel file of type 133A. I am noticing that the GeneChip HGU 133 A mark appears on the bottom left as opposed to the Top left of the image. Any ideas on why this is the case. Thanks Shyam

Since the x-y coordinates given by the cdf files have the top left hand corner at x=0,y=0 you get the result that you observed. Thanks Ben
