Dear Bioconductor Representative: I am a graduate student at University of Hawaii at Manoa, looking to analyze data produced by Cyphergen mass spec (protein chip). I was wandering if you have, or know about, an R package that would allow me to do binary regression tree analysis? Thank you in advance. Sincerely, Boris Umylny [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
