Hello,

I have flow cytometry data of stem cells stained with 6 different fluorescent markers and compensation beads stained with the same dyes. I am having trouble finding tutorials and resources to analyse my data in R. I am using the Summit program for my data acquisition and need to use R for the entire compensation of my whole data set.

Can someone recommend or direct me to resources that can help?
