Hi, 

Can someone please share a clear example of how to use the zoom function in the OmicCircos package? 

The only mention of it is in the manual and it says:

zoom: "vector containing six values: start chromosome, end chromosome, start position, end position, start angle and end angle"

However, there are no examples in the manual or the vignette about it. My idea is to use it for zooming into specific regions inside a defined chromosome, not really plot single chromosomes

I will really appreciate any help.
