I want to ask that I am working on the microarray data from GEO. For this purpose, I am annotating custom cdf files. My problem is, I need to annotate my data with respect to ensemble version 73. How could I know that cdf files are annotated with respect to Ensemble 73 or not?

You can look at the GPL for the array that the submitter chose when submitting the microarray data, which is on the GEO page for the data you are using.
