Hello, I would like to make summary CNV plot from DNA methylation data using the conumee R package. I am able to make single sample CNV plot but I don't find any way to make summary CNV plot as in the figure 5 from capper et al (DOI: 10.3390/cancers13061377). Anyone would be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks
