I have some data generated from a drug screen assay on some cell lines. I would like to calculate AUC from the normalised POC score obtained from normalised luminescence values. I am planning on using the drc package to make my drug curves, but I'm a little bit unsure how to go from the curve fit to an AUC.

Can someone suggest a vignette I can take a look at?
