Entering edit mode
Hello,
There is an error that occurs when attempting to open and read chapters 4 -6 of the CSAW Users Guide in which if reading the guide in Safari, Safari can't open "chap:filter.html" because macOS doesn't recognize Internet addresses starting with "chap:". A similar issue occurs when reading the guide in FireFox. However when trying to use a different browser like Chrome, then an error screen does not show up, but I still cannot open and see Chapters 4-6 if I try to click on them in the sidebar.
Just to clarify for others, this question relates to the csaw Book at http://bioconductor.org/books/3.14/csawBook/ . I can reproduce the experience that Chapters 4-6 are not viewable.
