Hi there,

Thank you for developing DiffBind package! I am running through the vignette. It is really helpful. I see the codes using dbs.all in Section 7.5. But I do not find a pre-computed dbs.all object in the data sets come with the package; neither in dba_norm_comp.RData of the vignette data. I can do it by myself as an exercise, but if you can provide the pre-calculated object, it would be really convenient. Thanks!

There are limits on how much data can be included with a Bioconductor package, which is why this object is not included. As you say, the code for generating this object is included in a single block in the vignette, so it is straightforward to generate it yourself.

I have however generated a copy of the object that you can download here: https://content.cruk.cam.ac.uk/bioinformatics/software/DiffBind/dbs.all.rda
