newbie in bioinformatics here. i try to figure out how to understand strings of 5 or more consecutive stopcodons in the human genome. i trying to find literature about strings of poly stop codons but get stuck is standard info and get lost in the many articles explaining the many aspects of single stopcodons. any tips how to get a better understanding ?
