Dear all,

Thank you a lot for providing great tool.

However, it's seem that the HiCDCPlus can be used in human and mouse. I would like to use it in plant genome.

Could you tell me how to do?

Thank you in advance.

Best wishes.

We only support species with annotations on BSgenome with the format BSgenome.<gen>.UCSC.<gen_ver>. Could you please check this website if your species of interest exists here https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/?

Hi Merve, the genome I am interested in ('BSgenome.Athaliana.TAIR.TAIR9') does not have 'UCSC' in the name. Any suggestions for how I can use this genome with HiCDCPlus? Would it be possible to add more flexible support for other genomes to HiCDCPlus in a future release?
