I have normalized RNA-seq data using TMM. How can get the output in text file?

When you 'normalize' RNA-Seq data using TMM, you don't actually make any changes to the RNA-Seq data. Instead, you are calculating normalization factors that are incorporated as part of the model fit to account for differences in library size.

You could output the normalization factors that are computed, but I doubt that is what you are after.

What were you hoping to do with the data?
