Hello everyone,
How to change the FDR threshold in DESrq2? when we use summary function to find out number of up and down regulated genes, it gives values at default FDR= 0.1
Even though I changed FDR into 0.05, still it shows as 0.1 when use summary function. How could I overcome this issue. Kindly help me in this regard. Thank you in advance.
