I want to perform ORA (over-representation analysis) using e.g. clusterProfiler package with PFAM/InterPro database. I wonder how to implement such a type of analysis? Could you suggest where to download datasets?

I found that it is possible to use enricher function... I also have found RFAM.db package. Maybe some can suggest how to perform the analysis?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
