Hi all,

When using DMRcaller's neighborhood method to compute DMRs in CG context, the output includes columns titled "sumReads" and columns titled "reads" (see image below). I am wondering what the difference is between the two, as the neighborhood method is the only method to include the "reads" category. Could someone please explain?
