It is better to give the RRID for Bioconductor itself rather than trying to give RRIDs for individual Bioconductor packages. Here is an example:

I see, different software and packages in Bioconductor actually have a same RRID: SCR_006442 in RRID portal. Thank you very much for the suggestion!
