I am using WGCNA to analyse gene expression in airway biopsies from asthmatics and controls The standard WGCNA analysis gives clear correlations between modules and traits, but does not take into account interactions between the traits (for example asthma and shannon microbial diversity) I would like to use regression analysis to explore these interactions, for example with asthma as the dependent varaible and related traits as covariates with network module memberships How do I get the individual subject correlations with each network eigenvector?

Thanks for any help!

This support site is meant to help people with questions about Bioconductor packages (WGCNA is not a Bioconductor package). You might try over on biostars.org instead.
