Entering edit mode
After making valcano plot, when I try to label individual gene, I am getting this error "Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : could not find function "textxy". Any one help this issue? Thanks in advance.
It's probably helpful to show the code you used for the volcano plot and for adding labels to the volcano, too.
