bam files for example execution are missing through installation. How can I find these test bams?

Hi,  I have a copy here:

http://files.gdbrown.org/diffbind/DiffBind_vignette_data.tar.gz

that has the BAM files, peaks and sample sheet (because I can never remember where Rory keeps them anyway :).

(I assume you're talking about the data referenced in the vignette.)

Hope this helps.  Let me know if you have trouble untarring it (should be enough to type "tar xf DiffBind_vignette_data.tar.gz" once it's downloaded).

The "official" set of sample data can be found at:

This is also documented in the vignette.
