hi i am interested in comparing the channel-1 data of two different cDNA experiments that we have carried out, without considering the channel-2 data. could anyone tell me about how to normalize this single channel data alone. thanks sincerely vijayaraj nagarajan graduate student the university of southern mississippi ms, us of a

Why do you want to do this ? There are good reasons for using both channels in two-colour data (to account for different amounts of probe spotted, cross hybridisation and other biases at chip level).
