I am very sorry I downloaded and installed Bioconductor very successfully, however, I could not find a nice manual how to use it properly for our microarray analysis. Can you please navigate me to some sort of manual how to use the system I would appreciate it tremendously. after loading Biobase, type openVignette() you will see a list of manuals.
