Hello! If you have not heard of this yet, there is a rich data set consisting of microarray, proteomics, SNPs and clinical data of about 200 individuals. It is the data set for the fifth year of CAMDA. I have loaded the data set in R, but got some confusing initial results. Maybe I have done something wrong in my scripts. If you have time and would like to join the fun, please let me know! I would be happy to share the data and R/BioC scripts. Regards, Simon
