Hi, R2.1.1 WindowsXP For some reason when I read my STF into limma, only the default spot type is being found. The result looks like this: Matching patterns for: ID Name Found 27339 oligo Found 0 3XSSC Found 0 Alien Found 0 Blank Found 0 Human Found 0 Control Setting attributes: values Color I'm sure this is some stupid formatting error, but I've been careful to compose a file that conforms to the manual and can't see what the problem is. Has anyone else experienced this?
