The build report for the MSstats package shows an update to version 3.8.7 but I can only see and install version 3.8.6 (see Package Archives). Could you provide a solution. Thank you

The release version of the package failed to build with 3.8.7 and therefore is unavailable.  There will be a new version of the package that can work with R 3.4 available after the Bioconductor 3.6 release tomorrow.  After the release announcement is posted, you should be able to do  `biocLite("BiocUpgrade")` to update to the latest stable version of the MSstats package.
