Thanks for developing bnbc! I am interested in using the proposed across sample normalization method (smoothing + per-band quantile normalization). However, my data was processed in a single batch and thus the batch correction step might not be needed. In the current implementation, I did not find a way to skip the batch correction step. Is this possible? Does it make sense?
