Hi! I'm trying to use BiocWorkflowTools package, but when I try knit, I got this error.

output file: test_BiocWorkflowTools.knit.md

`tlmgr search --file --global '/mathdesign.sty'
cannot setup TLPDB in /home/sehyun/texmf at /usr/bin/tlmgr line 5604.
! LaTeX Error: File `mathdesign.sty' not found.`

`! Emergency stop.
<read *> `

`Error: Failed to compile test_BiocWorkflowTools.tex. See test_BiocWorkflowTools.log for more info.
In addition: Warning messages:
1: running command ''tlmgr' search --file --global '/mathdesign.sty'' had status 2
2: In parse_packages(logfile, quiet = c(TRUE, FALSE, FALSE)) :
Failed to find a package that contains mathdesign.sty
Execution halted`

Could anyone help me to solve this issue? Thanks!

This indicates that one of the latex packages required to output the F1000 style is missing from you system, specifically mathdesign.sty.

On if you're using Texlive then I think this can be found in the texlive-fonts-extra package, which on Ubuntu you can install at the command line with:

apt-get install texlive-fonts-extra
