Quick question and it might be a simple fix. I've done the differntial expression of proteins via the Prostar gui. Unfortunatly, i am unable to extract the data to an excel file via the export function (keeps on saying server error, and downloading MSnSet rather then excel files). In additon,  copying directly the p-value table only selects over the first 82 lines.

Any help would be appreciated.
