Hi,

I am trying to study CpG island shores and shelves using R and Bioconductor.

When I try to find CpG island shores and shelves, most of the forums say that *.bed file is used for it.

I have CpG island Unmasked.txt file from UCSC browser.

It would be helpful if somebody could help me to solve this problem.

(Note: I work in WINDOWS 10).
