Hi I am trying to retrieve some experimental data from GEO using the R library GEOmetadb. When I try to get the database with the next code as the vignette says

library(GEOmetadb)
if(!file.exists('GEOmetadb.sqlite')) getSQLiteFile()

But I get the next error:

How can I solve it?

We have moved the hosting of the GEOmetadb sqlite database to the more stable Amazon Web Services. Upgrading the GEOmetadb package to the most recent release should fix the issue.
